Figured by now the basics would just be automatic. Nope. Still catch myself pulling up the same Stack Overflow answer for flexbox centering I've bookmarked since bootcamp. Mentioned it to a senior on my team half-joking, half-mortified, and she said she still looks up date formatting every single time. Somehow that helped more than any pep talk. Still feel like a fraud most days though.

AnonymousAnon Six months is nothing, give yourself some grace. The googling never fully stops, it just gets faster.

AnonymousAnon The senior dev thing is so real. I once watched a staff engineer google "how to reverse a string in python" mid pairing session and felt so much better about myself.
