What's your actual process for picking which company to prep hardest for when juggling three pipelines?

Currently mid-process with three companies at different stages, limited hours in the evening to prep, and I keep splitting time evenly instead of weighting by which one I actually want most or which round is hardest. Feels inefficient but also feels wrong to under-prep for any of them in case the others fall through. How do you all triage this?
