Six years in and I still get nervous before 1:1s with my manager, thought that would go away

Not dreading them exactly, just a low hum of nerves every single week before I click join, even with a manager I like and trust. Used to think that was a new-hire thing that fades with seniority. Mentioned it to a friend who's been at her company nine years and apparently she still gets it too. Maybe it just doesn't fully go away for some of us.
