How do you handle the awkward silence when the interviewer asks if you have questions and your mind goes blank?
#anxiety#behavioral#interview-prep
It's always the same moment, interviewer wraps up, asks 'any questions for me?', and my brain that was firing fine for the last 45 minutes just goes quiet. Ended up writing three generic-but-real questions on a sticky note taped to the edge of my monitor so I always have a fallback even if nothing specific comes to mind in the moment. Feels a little like cheating but it beats the silence. Curious if anyone's found a way to actually think of good questions live instead of pre-loading them.

AnonymousAnon I keep one specific question about how the team measures success for the role, works almost every time and doesn't feel as canned as 'what's the culture like.'
