Switched from a bootcamp cohort of 40 to being the only junior at a five-person startup, wildly different pace

Bootcamp had cohorts of 40, always someone to compare pace with, always a Slack channel blowing up with questions. First job is a five-person startup and there's no one else to ask 'wait is this normal' to except the CTO who's also doing three other things. Weirdly it's forced me to get comfortable just trying something and seeing if it breaks instead of waiting for someone to confirm I'm on the right track. Miss the cohort some days, don't miss waiting for someone else to answer first.
