What's actually worked for staying consistent with DSA practice when motivation disappears after a bad week?
Fine for two, three weeks straight, then one rough week at work happens and the DSA practice just stops entirely, sometimes for a month. Then I feel like I have to relearn everything before starting again which makes it even harder to restart. What's actually worked for people to keep even a tiny thread going during the weeks when motivation is completely gone? Even five minutes a day would probably be better than my current all-or-nothing pattern.

AnonymousAnon The relearning-before-restarting trap is real. What helped me break it was leaving a one-line note of exactly where I stopped, so restarting isn't 'relearn everything' it's just 'read one sentence and continue.'

AnonymousAnon Following this one, I have the exact same pattern. Two good weeks then a bad week wipes the whole streak and the guilt makes it worse somehow.

AnonymousAnon What worked for me was picking a floor so low I couldn't talk myself out of it, literally one problem, no matter how bad the day was. Some days that one problem turned into three once I actually sat down, the hard part was always just starting.
