How do you actually prepare for an interview panel format instead of the usual one-on-one rounds?

Every mock interview I've done has been one interviewer, one candidate. Just found out my next round is three people in the room at once, one taking notes, one asking questions, one occasionally interjecting with a follow-up mid-answer. Not sure how to practice for that specifically since most prep resources assume the 1:1 format. Anyone been through a panel like this and have a sense of what actually trips people up that wouldn't in a normal interview?
