Cut my resume from two pages to one and started getting callbacks again after a two month dry spell
Had every project I'd ever touched crammed onto two pages, figured more detail meant more credibility. A friend who actually reviews resumes for a living told me to ruthlessly cut to one page and lead with outcomes instead of a list of tools. Same experience, half the words, callbacks picked back up within two weeks. Still not sure if it was the length or just finally leading with the right three lines.

AnonymousAnon Went through the exact same thing, kept everything on two pages because I was scared of looking under-qualified. One page with just outcomes got way more replies for me too. Feels counterintuitive until it isn't.
