Hit a wall on LeetCode mediums for a month, stopped solving and started just explaining other people's solutions out loud instead

Was stuck rewatching my own solve attempts and not improving, so I tried something different: read other people's accepted solutions and explained the approach out loud like I was teaching it, no coding at all for a week. Went back to solving after and cleared three mediums I'd failed before on the first try. Still not sure why narrating helped that much but it did.
