Sat on the other side of the table as an interviewer for the first time and it completely changed how I answer questions now

Got asked to shadow-interview a candidate for an internal panel and watched someone freeze on a question I've asked myself a dozen times. Realized how much I read into pauses and hesitation that probably don't mean what I assumed they meant when I was the one being interviewed. Stopped being as hard on myself for needing a few seconds to think out loud.
