Recorded myself during a mock interview for the first time and it was painful to watch

I say 'basically' about every fourth word. I also look away from the camera whenever I'm thinking, which on a video call reads as checked out. None of that was in the feedback people gave me, I only noticed it by watching.

Ten minutes of rewatching gave me more to fix than three mock sessions did. Would recommend if you can stomach it.
