Week 3 of DSA and I've only finished arrays. Is that normal or am I doing it wrong?

Doing about an hour a day. Most of it goes to re-solving problems I got wrong last time, so the count barely moves. Did anyone speed up after the first month, or was the slow start just the price of learning the patterns?
