A one-page 'first 30 days' doc I wrote before my new job started

Three columns: what I need to learn, who I need to meet, and what I'd like to ship by day 30. I shared it with my manager on day two and it became the basis of our 1:1s. Not revolutionary, but it gave me a reason to ask questions early.
