Asked a recruiter who rejected me for feedback and they sent a scoring rubric. Changed how I prep

Four categories, each scored 1 to 4. I got a 4 on coding and a 2 on 'communicating tradeoffs.' That one line told me more than six months of 'you're a great fit, but' emails. Now I practise with the rubric open beside me. Only some places will share one, but it's worth asking.
