Replaced 'responsible for' with a verb and a number. Took an hour and it changed the whole page

Before: 'Responsible for managing the CI pipeline.'

After: 'Cut CI runtime from 22 minutes to 7 by caching dependencies.'

The number came from a build log I found. If you can't find a real number, a clear before-and-after still reads better than the passive version.
