Watched myself answer a question on video. Worst twenty minutes of my week, most useful too

I kept saying 'um' in a way that made every sentence sound like a question. I also looked at the ceiling every time I was thinking hard. Nobody had mentioned any of this in feedback.

Now I record one answer a week and listen back without the video. Anyone else do this? Did it change anything for you?
