How I speak up in meetings without talking first
Anonymous
I used to freeze when a meeting moved faster than my thoughts. Now I type a two-line note in the chat before the call wraps. Something like 'Concern: this assumes the cache is warm, can we check?' Half the time someone picks it up, and then I'm the one who raised it, with a reference to point back to. It's a small trick, but it's the first time in a year I've felt my input is part of the decision.
