Posted my learning in public for 30 days. Got three recruiter DMs and no job

Daily posts about what I was building, one small screenshot and one code snippet each. Engagement was small, but people reached out. Three recruiters messaged me, and one turned into a phone screen for a role I didn't want. Honest take: it makes you findable, not hireable. The posts that got the most response were the ones where I admitted something broke.
