Started writing a short note for every bug I fix at work. Standups got less awkward

Nothing fancy. One line each: what broke, the root cause, what I changed. I post them in the team channel on Friday.

Turns out the team didn't know what I was working on (honestly, I wasn't sure either). Now when I say 'I'm on the payments timeout issue', people know what that means. It also made my own weekly update almost free to write.
