Froze on 'walk me through your code.' Practicing out loud with a rubber duck now

I got asked to walk through a solution I'd just finished and couldn't say a sentence without a long pause. I knew the code. I'd just never said it out loud.

Now after every problem I explain it to my desk plant for two minutes. Sounds silly. The first few tries were rough, but in my last live round I narrated the whole thing and the interviewer said 'nice, that's easy to follow.'
