My first open-source PR sat for 40 days. The one that got merged was a docs fix

I kept trying to add a feature nobody asked for. The maintainer just wanted the setup steps to match what the code actually does. A docs PR was small enough that someone reviewed it in a day. Now I start with the README and the error messages on any project I'm new to. Smaller start, but you get a real review.
