Blind 75 twice, or move on to random mediums? Week 5 and I'm not sure it's working

I did the list once in July and felt good. Now I can spot the pattern but freeze when the input is slightly different. Is a second pass worth it, or should I switch to random mediums with a timer? Would love to hear what changed things for you.
