Who reviews your practice answers when you have no mentor?

Friends can be too nice, and generic AI feedback can miss what matters for a specific role. Some people swap answers with a study partner on a timer. Any format that gets honest critique without a paid coach?

With AI feedback, paste the job description and ask it to challenge the weakest part first. Asking for a score tends to get you a generic answer.

A timed swap works well if you agree on one rule: every feedback point must include one specific sentence to improve. Otherwise it drifts into being nice.
