Five people on a panel interview. Who do you look at when you answer?
Anonymous
Had a five-person panel last week, all in a video grid. I spent most of it looking at the one person who never turned their camera on, which made me feel like I was talking to a wall. Do you pick one interviewer and speak to them, or rotate? The person who asked the question seemed fine with me looking at the others, but I'm not sure that's the norm.
