How I compared two offers on one spreadsheet, and the column that decided it

I had two offers last month and kept going around in circles, so I made a single sheet with the same five columns for each: base pay, learning in year one, commute time, who I'd report to, and what I'd regret not trying. The fifth column ended up deciding it. One offer was higher on paper, but it was a role where I'd be the only junior and nobody would review my code. I took the other one.
