The next review, the next offer, the next restructure — all of them are coming whether or not you are ready. Free is real, and it is also why you are reading a pricing page instead of practising.
Real, permanent, and deliberately small. Enough to learn on. Not enough to get ahead on.
Everything Free rations, raised. This is what taking it seriously looks like on a bank statement.

Compare all 20 features side by sideYou can afford this. You have been able to afford it for months. That was never the question — the question is what another year of putting it off is going to cost you.
The coffee runs. One dinner out. One evening you cannot even remember. Every bit of it is gone, and not one line of it shows up on your resume. This is the only thing on that statement that could still be working for you next year.
One raise. One counter-offer. One switch you were finally ready for. Any single one of them can be worth years of this. Nobody has ever been handed one for thinking about it.
Nobody schedules a restructure around your practice. The people who walk into that interview steady are the ones who were rehearsing months before they needed to. Start the week it lands and you have already lost the round.
Free is real, it is permanent, and it is rationed. Every month you spend deciding is a month of mentor sessions, mock interviews and graded practice you do not get to do twice — allowances reset, they do not pile up. Waiting does not save you anything. It just moves the work later, and the work is the part that compounds.

The feature pauses until its next reset — you're never charged for overage and your work is always saved. Your account page shows exactly how much you have left and when it refills. Premium raises every limit.
No. Free is permanent and includes courses, coding practice with real execution, community discussions, and gamification. Content marked Premium shows a lock with its outline still readable, and everything not marked is open. Limits apply to AI-assisted features and mock interviews. What Premium unlocks outright rather than raises: Promotion packets, Review self-assessment, Competency ladder, Achievement journal, and Premium courses, problems & briefs. Everything else is an allowance it raises — conversation practice, for instance, goes from 2 rehearsals a month to 30, and adds speaking them out loud instead of typing.
Yes — Premium starts with a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, so if you cancel any time before then you pay nothing. We collect your payment method up front so Premium continues without interruption if you keep it, and you can cancel anytime — see the billing and refund terms in our Terms of Service.
No, and we won't claim that. Premium has high fair-use limits — 1,500 AI mentor messages and 4,000 AI credits a month, 8 mock interviews a month — to keep the platform fast and abuse-free. The exact numbers are in the table above.
Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC, monthly limits on the 1st, and hourly limits roll continuously. On a free trial, your monthly allowances are anchored to the trial rather than to the calendar — they run as a rolling 30-day window instead of refilling on the 1st, so a trial carries exactly one allowance however it falls in the month. Course, problem, assessment and project limits count only things you open for the FIRST time — returning to something you have already started never counts again. When you're signed in, your account page shows the live countdown to your next reset.
AI features unlock once you verify your email. For brand-new accounts, your first free mock interview may become available the next day — an anti-abuse measure, not a bug.
That's the cheapest time to be on it, and the only time you get to build the case calmly. Reviews, offers and restructures don't give a quarter's notice, and a promotion case is built from evidence collected over months — not assembled the week before the conversation. What you do in a quiet month is what the loud one runs on. Everybody who wishes they'd started earlier was “not job hunting right now” six months ago.
You can. Nothing on this page is a countdown — no expiring price, no fake deadline, and the same two plans will be here next month. That's exactly the problem: nothing is stopping you except you. And what waiting costs isn't money. Allowances reset rather than accumulate, so a month on Free is a month of mentor sessions, mock interviews and graded practice you can't go back and do. You can buy the subscription later. You can't buy back the reps.
Premium starts with a 3-day free trial — you're not charged until your trial ends — then renews at $19.99/month, or $119.88/year — that's $9.99/month, a 50% saving versus billing monthly — billed securely through our payment processor. Those figures are in USD and include tax — no tax is added on top at checkout. A few countries have their own local price, so you'll always see your exact total before you pay. You can cancel anytime, and you can request a refund within 14 days of a charge — the billing and refund terms in our Terms of Service explain how a request is assessed.
You have read the whole page. You know what it costs, you know what it lifts, and you already know which of the two you want. The only thing still undecided is whether this is the month you act on it, or another one you spend thinking about it.
