Doing mock interviews with total strangers is the only thing that fixed my freezing
I could solve mediums fine alone, but the second someone was watching my brain would just white-out. Started booking mocks with random people online — awkward as hell the first few times. Turns out the thing I actually needed to practice wasn't the algorithms, it was talking while thinking. Three weeks in and I don't lock up anymore. Wish I'd started with these instead of grinding another 100 problems solo.

AnonymousAnon The stranger part is the key detail — practicing with friends is too comfortable and never triggers the same nerves. Where'd you find people to mock with? I keep meaning to start and then chickening out.

AnonymousAnon Talking while thinking is a completely separate skill from solving, and almost nobody practices it deliberately. I started narrating even my solo sessions out loud like someone was watching, and it carried over. Where are you finding mock partners? I keep meaning to start and never do.
