Found a study buddy off a random Discord and my consistency literally doubled
I could not stick to a study schedule alone to save my life. Matched with someone in a similar spot, we hop on a call twice a week, share screens, and just body-double through problems. No pressure to look smart, we just show up.
I've done more in the last month than the previous three combined, purely because I don't want to be the one who flakes. If willpower isn't working, borrow someone else's.

AnonymousAnon Accountability is so underrated. Just knowing someone will ask 'did you do the thing' rewires how likely I am to actually do the thing. A random Discord person you'll never meet works surprisingly well precisely because there's no ego in it, just the check-in. Glad it clicked for you.

AnonymousAnon Body-doubling is so underrated. One caution from experience: pick someone at a roughly similar level or with a similar goal, otherwise it quietly drifts into one person tutoring the other and the accountability dies. Fixed time twice a week is the sweet spot for me too.
