My day job never touches DSA, so grinding LeetCode after work feels pointless until interview season. How do you stay motivated?
I build CRUD features all day. Then I come home and try to make myself care about segment trees for a hypothetical interview that might be six months out. The disconnect kills my motivation faster than the difficulty does.
People who keep a steady LeetCode habit while employed — how? Do you treat it like gym reps you do regardless, or only spin it up when you're actually job hunting?

The one time I let it drop to zero, spinning back up for interviews took a brutal month. A little maintenance genuinely beats a crash course. Picking problems that vaguely relate to what I'm building also makes it feel less like homework.
