Junior on a fully distributed team across time zones, how do you not feel invisible?
My team is spread across three continents and I'm the newest and most junior. By the time I hit a blocker, the person who can unblock me is asleep, so I lose half a day, and I worry that all this async silence makes me look slow or disengaged.
People who thrive on distributed teams: what actually works? Better-written questions so someone can answer overnight? Deliberately overlapping my hours? Recording short Looms? I really don't want to be the junior who quietly falls behind because I couldn't figure out the async part.

AnonymousAnon Front-load your questions. Before you log off, write up every blocker with full context (what you tried, what you expected, what actually happened) so someone in the next zone can unblock you while you sleep. Async done well is a superpower, not a handicap.
