Three different recruiters messaged me in the same week for the first time in my career. Should feel like a good problem, and it mostly does, but I didn't expect juggling three sets of expectations and timelines to be its own kind of stressful. How do you keep multiple processes straight without accidentally ghosting someone?

AnonymousAnon Ha, I had this exact week a few months back. What helped was a dumb spreadsheet — company, stage, deadline, and last contact date. Sounds like overkill until you're juggling three calendars.
