Stopped grinding LeetCode for a month and started merging tiny open-source PRs instead — recruiters noticed

Was stuck around 80 problems solved and not really improving, so I switched gears for a month: fixed small bugs and docs typos in a couple of open-source repos I actually use. Nothing huge, maybe 15 merged PRs total. Didn't expect it, but two recruiters mentioned my GitHub activity specifically in the first message. Not saying skip DSA entirely, but if you're plateaued, public and messy beats private and polished.
