Looked at my GitHub contribution graph next to a coworker's and immediately felt like I wasn't doing enough outside work

Wasn't even trying to compare, it just came up while we were looking at something together, and their graph is basically solid green while mine has real gaps, including entire weeks. Know rationally that a contribution graph doesn't capture the actual work, meetings, debugging, or just living a life outside a laptop. Still spent that evening feeling like I should be committing something every single day to prove I care about this. Trying to unlearn that instinct.
