Got a form rejection, then three weeks later the same recruiter reached back out with actual specific feedback unprompted

Standard "we've decided to move forward with other candidates" email, assumed that was the end of it. Three weeks later the recruiter followed up out of nowhere with two concrete things that came up in the debrief, said they wanted to flag it in case it was useful for other interviews. Didn't ask for it, wasn't expecting it, and it was more specific than feedback I've paid for in mock interview sessions. Small thing but it stuck with me.
