Two offers, and I picked the lower one on purpose
#career-growth#offers
One was a bigger name with more money, the other a smaller product team where I'd actually own something end to end. Went with the smaller one. Ask me again in a year if it was the right call, but the deciding factor was realizing I couldn't name a single thing I'd be responsible for at the bigger company beyond "a slice of a slice." Money's real but so is not knowing what you actually do all day.

AnonymousAnon Ownership over prestige is a real tradeoff and I don't think enough people weigh it honestly before signing. Curious to hear how it's going a few months in.
