Sat there for the first five minutes doing status update small talk because I didn't know 1:1s were supposed to be about me, not the sprint board. Started keeping a running note on my phone now, anything I'm stuck on, anything I want more visibility into, one thing I'm proud of that week. Third meeting in and it's already a completely different, more useful conversation.
