Only self-taught person on a team of computer science grads and the gap I was most scared of turned out to not matter at all

Spent the weeks before starting worried I'd get asked about some algorithms course everyone else had taken and I'd just have a blank look. Never happened, not once in eight months. What actually came up constantly was debugging real systems, reading unfamiliar codebases, explaining decisions to non-technical people, all things I'd been doing informally for years before this job existed. Still plan to fill the CS gaps eventually, mostly out of curiosity now instead of fear, which feels like a meaningfully different reason to learn something.
