Wrote out an actual week-by-week DSA plan instead of just grinding random problems and studying finally felt like it was going somewhere
Used to open a random problem set and just pick whatever looked interesting that day. Switched to picking one pattern a week (sliding window, then two pointers, then intervals) and only touching problems tagged for that pattern. Slower at first, way faster after week 3 because I could actually recognize the shape of a new problem instead of pattern-matching by vibes. What's on your rotation right now?

AnonymousAnon Adding to this, once you've done a few pattern-weeks, going back and re-solving an early problem from week 1 without looking anything up is a good gut check on whether it actually stuck or you just remembered the answer.

AnonymousAnon Doing something similar right now, just started week 2 on two pointers after a month of grinding random problems. The pattern-first approach already feels less like memorization.
