Three questions I ask every recruiter now that I wish I'd started asking on interview one

What does the team look like six months from now, headcount-wise. Why is this role open right now specifically. What would make someone unsuccessful in this role in the first year. Got noticeably more honest answers once I started asking the third one, a couple recruiters visibly paused before answering, which told me almost as much as what they said.
