How do you actually recover after a bad interview day?
Had a technical screen this morning that I know I bombed — froze on a basic array question I've solved a hundred times before. Have two more interviews this week and I can't shake it. Not looking for tips on interviewing better, more just — how do you mentally reset before the next one instead of carrying it in?

AnonymousAnon Both of these feel more sustainable than what I used to do, which was just book another interview immediately to 'prove it was a fluke.' That backfired more than it helped, went in still rattled and it showed.

AnonymousAnon I go for a walk with no phone before I let myself think about what happened. Sounds too simple to work but reviewing it same-day when I'm still annoyed just makes me tighten up more for the next one.

AnonymousAnon Following, because my go-to is just... not thinking about it until the next one which probably isn't healthy either. Only thing that's worked even a little is writing down the one specific moment I froze on right after, not to fix it that night, just so my brain stops replaying it on a loop.
