The behavioral question bank I built from every interview I've bombed
After the third time getting stuck on 'tell me about a conflict with a coworker' I started writing down every behavioral question that caught me off guard, right after the interview while it was fresh. Eight months later it's a doc with about 40 questions grouped into six buckets — conflict, failure, ambiguity, leadership without authority, prioritization, and 'why this company.' I write one real story per bucket, not per question, and adapt it live. Doesn't cover everything but I haven't been fully blindsided in the last four interviews, which used to happen every single time.

AnonymousAnon Grouping by bucket instead of by exact question is smart, I had a doc of like 60 individual questions and it was useless because I never adapted the story live, just tried to memorize verbatim answers.
