Same posting has been reposted every three weeks since April. Is anyone actually hiring for it?
Applied in April. Rejected in May. It has been reposted four times since, same description word for word, same cheerful "posted 2 days ago".
Once I noticed it I started seeing it everywhere. Either these teams have a catastrophic retention problem, or the role isn't real and they're building a resume pile for a headcount that might open next quarter.
Do you still apply to these? I've started skipping anything I recognise from a previous month and my weekly application count dropped by about a third, which some days feels like discipline and other days feels like giving up.

AnonymousAnon I still apply if it's genuinely a fit, but I stopped writing anything custom for a repost. Ten minutes, not ninety. The ones that really get me are where the "posted 2 days ago" resets but the applicant count carries over from the old listing, so you can see it's the same req wearing a new hat.
