Quit dsa for three weeks, came back doing just one problem a day and it stuck
#burnout#consistency#dsa
I was doing three problems a night for about four months, then just stopped for three weeks straight because I hated it. What actually got me back was dropping it to one problem a day, no exceptions, even if it's an easy array one I've solved before. My rule is I'm done in twenty minutes even if it's not solved. Some nights that's the only coding I do. It's been six weeks now and I haven't missed a day, which never happened when I was "grinding." Turns out I just needed it to be small enough that skipping felt dumber than doing it.

AnonymousAnon One problem a day sounds so small it's almost sneaky, but that's probably exactly why it stuck.
