interviewer asked about a time I disagreed with my manager and my mind went completely blank

Not nervous-blank, actually blank, like the story just wasn't there. I asked for thirty seconds to think and she said take your time. Ended up telling a smaller, less impressive story than I'd planned and it landed fine. I think I'd built up this idea that every answer needs to be a big dramatic moment.
