imposter syndrome hit hardest not on day one but three months in once the 'new hire' excuse ran out

Day one nobody expects you to know anything. Month three you're supposed to have caught up and I very much had not. Said this out loud to my skip level of all people and she said the same thing happened to her at eight months. Made me feel a lot less behind schedule.
