started keeping a single spreadsheet of behavioral stories tagged by which question they answer, wish I'd done this a year ago

Used to freeze trying to remember which project fit 'tell me about a conflict' vs 'tell me about failure.' Now every story I've got is one row: what happened, which 3-4 questions it could answer, how long the version is. Pulling from a list beats trying to invent a story live every time.
