Expected vague corporate language. Instead got two specific examples of decisions I'd made too unilaterally on the team. Stung for about a day, then became the clearest roadmap I've had since I started. Got the title five months later.

AnonymousAnon Specific feedback like that is rare enough that I'd almost call it a gift, even though it doesn't feel like one at the time.
