stopped stuffing keywords into my resume and started just describing what I actually did, callbacks went up

Had a version crammed with every buzzword from the job description, technically true but read like nobody wrote it. Rewrote it in plain language about what I actually shipped and who used it. Fewer keywords, more interviews, still not sure I fully understand why.
