Nod along in standup, google it after, never ask in the moment. Finally asked my manager for a glossary doc and turns out one didn't exist because everyone was too embarrassed to admit they'd forgotten too. Wrote one myself, now new hires use it.

AnonymousAnon I still keep a running list in my notes app of ones I had to look up. Down to maybe one a month now.
