Didn't expect much transfer at all going in. Years of writing rubric feedback that's specific and not just 'this is wrong' made my PR comments way more useful than I expected for someone six months in. Nobody warned me the soft skills would carry over more than the logic did.

AnonymousAnon Former teacher too and yes, the feedback muscle transfers way more than people expect. Classroom management also weirdly helps with standups.
